Cano’s Beef Jerky is an artisan beef jerky company. We make small batches with quality beef and ingredients. We are located in Albuquerque, NM. Founded by the Cano family in 2020, selling locally in Albuquerque, NM. Now partnered with the Zuñiga family. Cano’s Beef Jerky looks to expand to the online market and spread through New Mexico while keeping a quality standard. 

Our beef jerky is best known as Carne Seca (dehydrated beef). Very popular in the SouthWest, due to the influence of Mexican Culture in New Mexico. It is thin cut beef dehydrated to have a crisp, crunchy texture. 

Due to the nature of our dehydrated thin cut meat, no preservatives are required. The meat stays fresh longer if stored properly. We are always looking to use local ingredients. We use local New Mexico Green Chile, Red Chile, and Honey in some of our flavors.
